Return policy
Last updated: May 3, 2026
This policy describes how returns, refunds, and subscription changes are handled for nvexora ("we", "us") and our billing and invoicing software services. Please read it together with our Terms and conditions and Privacy policy.
Digital services
nvexora is provided as an online subscription service. There are no physical goods to return. Any entitlement to a refund or credit relates to your subscription fees and is described below.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription in accordance with the controls available in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically delete your organization data unless you request closure or our retention rules apply.
Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or account credit where there was a billing error, a documented service outage that materially affected availability, or another fair circumstance we agree in writing.
- Refund requests should include your organization name, invoice or payment reference, and reason.
- We aim to respond within a reasonable business timeframe.
- If a refund is approved, it may be returned via the original payment method or another agreed channel.
Trials and plan changes
Trial periods and upgrades or downgrades follow the rules shown in the product at the time you subscribe. Downgrading may take effect at the next renewal; proration behavior depends on your plan and payment provider and will be shown where applicable.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve billing questions quickly.
Contact
For return, refund, or billing questions, contact us using the support channel listed on your invoice, in the app, or on our website. Replace this paragraph with your legal entity name and contact details before going live.
